Need something made? We find factories that can do the job well. We check them first. Then we get you prices from more than one, with minimum order sizes and lead times. Prices include shipping and GST, in New Zealand dollars. You see your options. You choose.

Buying a machine from China is a big step. The specs and manuals are in Chinese. We read them for you. We check the machine matches what you were promised before it ships. Then we handle the freight and customs so it arrives ready to work.

Something gone wrong with a Chinese supplier? Wrong parts, drifting tolerances, or answers that do not add up? We understand drawings, materials and production. We find out what happened, in their language, and we work with the factory to put it right.

We manage the freight, the customs paperwork and the GST. You get one New Zealand invoice, in New Zealand dollars. Your goods arrive at your door. No surprises hiding in the fine print.

Before production, samples are checked against your drawings. Before shipping, orders are inspected and photographed. Problems get caught at the factory, not on your workshop floor.

"Is Chinese quality a lottery?"
Only if no one checks. We check samples against your drawings before production starts. We inspect orders before they ship.
"How do I know the price is fair?"
You see prices from more than one factory. You choose the one that fits.
"How long does shipping take?"
Sea freight takes weeks, not days. This suits planned orders, not urgent jobs. If your timeline does not fit, we will say so at the start.
"Will my designs be safe?"
Drawings are shared under NDA, and only with the factory doing the work. We manage the risk with care. No one can promise zero risk, and we will not pretend to.
"What does it cost to ask?"
Nothing. A chat is free, and you will get a straight answer either way.
